Yuuichi Katagiri faced financial difficulties throughout his lifetime, but the unwavering support and positivity of his close friends kept him going. He worked hard and saved enough money to accompany them on a school trip as promised. However, their joy was short-lived as the money went missing, and Shiho Sawaragi and Makoto Shibe were implicated in the theft. Even though they were innocent, they owned up to it when no one else did.
After a few days, Yuuichi and his companions received cryptic letters that led them to a trap where they were rendered unconscious. They woke up in a strange room to find “Manabu-kun,” a controversial children’s show character, with one of them pulling them together to settle a massive debt. To determine their loyalty and bond, they had to play friendship games. As they uncover secrets and treacheries, Yuuichi has to distinguish who he could trust and expose the betrayer’s identity.
